90 minute session

In this session, your specialist will meet you at your local food store. Here, the aisles become our classroom, where we teach you how to develop  healthy meals, read nutrition labels, learn what to look for when comparing products, and learn about which foods will support your health goals, taste preferences, and budget. A total of 3 people maximum may attend this tour.
